All cabins are set up for light housekeeping and come with the following: bedding, dishware, pots & pans, dinnerware, coffee maker, toaster, picnic table and campfire ring.
* Cabins do NOT come with towels or soaps
* All cabins have a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, full bathroom, satellite TV, A/C, and heat.
* All beds are full size.
* Cabin Prices are based on above stated occupancy. Additional persons are subject to a *10.00 per night charge or a $5.00 per visit charge. Children three years and under are Free!
* Check in 3 pm Saturday - Checkout 10 am Saturday
* Deposit Required of $200.00 - Must have 90 day notice for refund and a 25% cancellation fee will be charged.
* RENT 3 OR MORE CABINS for a week and get a PONTOON BOAT for your ENTIRE STAY at 25% OFF!!

Pet Policy - Faribault
Pets are welcome. There is a $5 per day charge. Only ONE pet allowed per site/cabin. All pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Owners are responsible for pet's actions and damages. A signed liability waiver will be required at check-in.
